When you use the contact form on this website to email us, we only ask you for the bare minimum of information required for you to message us. We do not store any of this information on the website's database or on the server.

Who we share your data with
The only data that we share with any other third party is data relating to Gift Aid. In the event that you decide to make a donation to Raptor Aid, if you elect to apply Gift Aid to your donation, in accordance with HMRC rules, we will pass your name and address to HMRC in order that we can reclaim the Gift Aid on your donation.
We do not share any other information with any other organisations or third parties.
How long we retain your data
We will keep your information only for so long as it is relevant and useful for the purpose for which it was originally collected.
