Rings for Raptors Grant.
Do you run a project that uses colour rings/bands to identify birds of prey as part of a wider conservation initiative and to help us better understand the lives of a particular species? If the answer is yes then this grant fund may be able to help.
Every year we offer one monetary grant of £250 towards the purchase of colour rings/bands for a project focusing on raptor biology. You must be able to prove that you have the correct licences in place to carry out the ringing/banding and be prepared to share and acknowledge our support in any literature and publications. Proof of ring/band purchase must also be provided.
One project will be chosen annually based on merit. Unfortunately we can’t let everyone know the outcome of their application. If you wish to apply please click on the link below and make sure you also follow the guidelines on the main grant page.
